"Amazing experience in Florida for a week"

Visiting my grandparents for a week, they booked my mother and I a room here at Hotel Venezia. The staff and experience were 10/10, Shantel in the restaurant/splash bar was amazing and everyone on the crew helped us with everything else needed, with a smile on their face. Stayed here last time, and will always stay here in the future when coming to Venice. Thanks Hotel Venezia for the amazing experience!

"Nice place-great staff"

Had trouble with key pass the door handle was inoperative at 10p, maintenance man (very nice) got us into the room and stayed with us until we moved to another room. Frint desk was grate they upgraded us to a suite. I've stayed here before, hotel needs and upgrade, still enjoyed the clean room and comfortable bed, thank you, Bryan Melhado.
