Ładne lobby i dobre śniadania, basen i sauny bez ograniczeń

Hotel standardem odbiega od hoteli 4 * Czystość, stan pokoju, uszkodzenia, podrapane drzwi, dziury w ścianach, spadająca farba przy jacuzzi, nie zrealizowana prośba o jedno łóżko podwójne, nie uzupełniona woda w pokoju już na wejściu dopiero 2 dnia,brak możliwości regulowania temperatury w pokoju, cienkie kołdry w okresie zimowym w miejscowości gdzie ludzie często wracają z gór po całym dniu wędrówki w śniegu, z pewnością ten hotel mógł mieć 4 gwiazdki ale lata temu, a już napewno nie za taką cenę ten standard.

czysto, piękne duże pokoje, pyszne śniadanie, wspaniała obsługa , przepiękny hotel, świetnie położony.

za krótko czynny basen i strefa spa, wieczorami chce się popływać i zrelaksować . przy takiej wielkiej ilości dzieci w hotelu powinna być wyodrębniona strefa dla dorosłych , którzy chcą odpocząć .

Całą noc nie można było spać ze względu na hałasujący grzejnik. Dodatkowo okno przesuwne nie domykało się, co powodowało chłód w pokoju.

Świetny hotel na krótki pobyt! Bardzo dobra lokalizacja – dzięki temu Bolt i Uber działają błyskawicznie. Pokoje czyste i zadbane, a śniadania po prostu rewelacyjne – duży wybór i wszystko świeże. Idealne miejsce na wypad do Zakopanego.
