"Great place to stay"

Love love this staying here super spacious apartments, very clean, with super comfortable beds. Always my go to place when I need to stay in the area.

A bit loud you can hear other rooms doors opening an closing at all hours. Nothing in the room fridge they need to stock some things you can pay for on check out like bottles water or soft drink.

We are from the country and a trip to Sydney can be very daunting so I am very glad we chose to stay at Punthill Norwest, it made our trip most enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The king size bed was extremely comfortable as well as the pillows. The room was exceptionally clean and the location was just a short walk to the Metro station for easy access to Sydney CBD.

The aircon failed to work however one of the reception staff was able to 'override' the system and make it work.

"Great location but take your own food if arriving late."

Great location for where we needed to be. Close to supermarkets and a range of excellent takeaway places. Kitchenette was a good inclusion.

Check in confusing and the restaurant was not open even though it was advertised to be open. Meant going out in the rain after a long drive.
