Clean and comfortable well laid out unit

The cafe was great. Room quiet, clean and well equipped. Beds and bedding very comfy. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Loved being able to walk to the Lake through the park - leafy view and great restaurants at the Lake. Thoroughly recommend. Having a bath, fluffy towels and luxury toiletries gave a spa feel. Also, you had all of our fave teas; English breakfast, green and chamomile. Parking easy, undercover and close to Reception.

Could have done without the 7am Fire evacuation on the morning of funeral, which was our reason for visiting.

Good location, fairly quiet but close to all major roads, a pub and shops. Comfortable bed, large shower.

The decor was boring, basically, grey, black and white. Furniture was functional rather than comfortable. Amenities were basic.

Noise from upstairs room

Room was good only thing was they did not have complete towel sets in bathroom. Very helpful in getting things I requested.

The evacuation alarm went off during the night and it wasn't the first time apparently. No reason given but we all had to get out and wait to be told that all was clear to go back to our room.

There was four girls and we ordered single beds which worked very well for us and other room was connecting

I think it was a bit over priced
