"Loved our stay and would do it again"

Loved the oceanfront Spa and the space with the apartment

The pool was not as nice and well positioned as we had hoped for, however we did not need to use it during our stay so everything else made up for that minor matter

Location was excellent for our needs. Pool was great KAT was very friendly and helpful.

The apartment could use a deep clean . It was tidy and the bed seemed clean but floors , patio furniture, doors were all pretty grimy. The washing machine closet was right outside our door so when we walked up to our door it wreaked of stale water mildew, it needs obviously to be cleaned and aired out.

"Very average, not very clean, nice view."

The view was amazing and the staff were quite nice, the bed was very comfortable and there was a super cute cockatoo who came to visit regularly.

The room was not very clean at all. We had a room with a spa and I decided to give it a run through to see how clean it was, hairs, mould, and dirt was coming out of the jets. The draining in the bathroom was not great, every time we showered the entire bathroom would flood, the toilet was not connected to the floor. anytime you'd lean forward on the seat it would come out the ground. There was blood on our pillows that we needed to change and hair in the bed.
