"We enjoyed our stay and the staff were fantastic."

The view from the balcony was great, especially as we got a breeze most days, which made it comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom were fine. We appreciated the fans and the split system to help keep cool.

The pillows were not what we expected, being quite hard. The biggest issue was that the lift did not work and we had to go up and down the stairs every time we left and returned to the apartment. This was most difficult with our luggage.

Only a 900m walk to the Airlie foreshore. Restaurant downstairs was quite good.

The room was very small. No air-conditioning in the bedroom. There was no shower curtain on the bath/shower, so water got everywhere when trying to shower. The light in the entryway to the unit was very bright and shone through under the door the whole night.

"Absolutely horrible and waste of money"

The location was good

The bed had bed bugs and me and my partner both had bites due to it and the manager came and just kept saying it’s because of bugs we got at the beach but we didn’t even go to the beach. The room was filthy. Spider webs everywhere and ants everywhere. You cannot use the stove because it was so dirty it makes a smoky smell. The dishwasher leaked water everywhere. And they let us change rooms due to the bed bugs but it was a room that was more filthier.

Location was great.

Room had mould, an exhaust fans would be a good iidea for soa/shower and tiles slippery.
