Good furniture, nice location, good breakfast

WiFi not good in the room

Check in took over an hour, but mainly due to another customer not happy with their room, but there should have been another member of staff to deal with others that needed to check-in. The pool wasn't very clean and was in a bit of a state structurally.

The hotel is tired the pictures are a a false sense of what you will be getting I payed for a junior suite it was like a Novotel in fact the Novotel apparently is better ? The bathroom was grubby .

I have completed a stay at Pearl Hotel Phuket, and I can ,without hesitation, say it is one of the best Hotels in my experience of Hotels worldwide. The welcoming Foyer, Friendly Staff, Superb rooms, Excellent food, and relaxing ground floor cascading pool, combine to make your stay enjoyable and memorable. Management is always on hand to take care of all your needs and this is the Hallmark of a great Hotel

The hotel itself is beautiful, and the position is perfect to easily reach the port the islands' excursions. Around the hotel you have a lot of restaurants and the old town. The room was big and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable

The room's floor wasn't clean properly from days 1 to 3, and the windows were old industrial ones and you could hear the noise from outside. The breakfast was poor for the sweet side.

Breakfasts not especially good but lunches and dinner were truly excellent.

Excellent location. I had a problem on the first morning when I woke up and stepped into a puddle of water on the floor. I was given a new room immediately (albeit a twin rather than a double) so the problem was quickly sorted.

A bit soulless.
