No road access. We have to carry our luggage on uneven pathway

Positives: - great location - beach with no algae - rooftop pool is awesome - staff are lovely - large rooms Negatives: - my bed had mould on it - they Never give fresh towels - have to ask - Floors are sandy - need a door mat into room - rooms on right side face a residential living area

Highly recommended Family Hotel. Close to the beach and quiet area. Perfect if you want a quiet environment. Beautiful place with friendly and very helpful staff, we really enjoyed our short stay. The only thing we didn't like was that the room wasn't cleaned on time on daily basis, no one would even check/follow up. The floor tiles (about 5-6 pcs) in the Panoramic Ocean Suite Room near both the bedside table and the back of the headboard near the bathroom were broken, cracked and wobbly which was unsafe. Reservation staff takes too long to respond to emails and doesn't read the query carefully.

Boracay Ocean club for me is one of the most excellent and It's exactly the right mixture of luxury and value for money,it is really an affordable paradise. First of all, the location is unbeatable. Steps from the renowned White Beach, you're in the midst of the action but far enough away to have a quiet retreat. The rooms are clean, cozy, and well-kept. Not palace-like, perhaps, but they provide everything you want for a restful stay – a comfortable bed, a spotless bathroom, and even a balcony to take in the breathtaking ocean views (I spent hours just sitting and watching the sunset!). The rates are very affordable, considering the prime location and high-quality facilities.

This is my first time na mag check in sa hotel and na experience at Nakita ko kung pano nila asikasuhin nng kanilang guest simula arrival hanggang sa kanilang pag uwi. Ang gaganda rin ng mga rooms with Aircon sobrang napakakomportable perfect lahat. Pati mga pagkain napakasarap Lalo mo pa itong ma eenjoy pag nagsimula na Ang bubble party super amazing and super ganda. May wifi din sa room and lahat ng area.. So kung kayo ay may balak na mamasyalsa Boracay, I recommend Boracay Ocean Club Resort and Spa ay isang perfect na lugar para sa mga naghahanap ng relaxing at luxurious na bakasyon sa Boracay. Mula sa stunning na view ng dagat, malinis na beach, at modernong amenities, siguradong ma-eenjoy mo ang stay mo dito. Super accommodating at friendly ng mga staff, laging ready mag-assist para maging komportable ang mga guests. Ang kanilang spa services ay talagang worth it perfect for relaxation after a long day. Fantastic hotel right on the beach. Super friendly staff. Nice 6th floor upper deck viewing with nightly fire show and Hawaiian dancers. Lovely room fully equipped. Good changeable buffet breakfast daily. Easy to go anywhere. Only very small quibble, we had to ask for new room towels most days but sent up within a minute. Check in was 3pm but no bother as you have paradise just on the doorstep. All in all great place and highly recommended. Thank you to all the staff for a very memorable holiday. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to many attractions. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Overall stay was great. Food selection was good, but could be better especially the breakfast, very limited choice. Also the service could be a lot better, they were not prompt when it comes to their welcome drinks.
