Charming, renovated hotel just off a main shopping street. It’s an old building, just quirky enough to be interesting, yet fully modernized baths and very clean! Several good restaurants on the block and a chocolatier across the street. I would stay there again.

Loved the old stone/rustic ambience! Truly felt like an old French experience...

Quiet room. Kind of small, but everything needed was there. Had to stay in the annex, which is less convenient than main hotel but not far away and maybe quieter. Was initially promised a room on second floor, when I got there I was assigned to a room on the first floor overlooking an alley with garbage in it. Had to argue the point but eventually got the second floor room that zu was promised. In all, the hotel offers a good service compared to other hotels in the area. A bit expensive st 136 euros per night including taxes.

Lots of character and great location. We arrived a couple of hours before the official check in time but were able to do on arrival and our room was ready and available. One or 2 minor niggles with the room: insufficient power plugs for charging’phone and tablet; loose toilet seat and no explexar in the bathroom, which as there was no window, meant that towels didn’t dry

I have selected a classic room and when I got to the room it did not look at all like the picture of the classic room in the internet. To my dismay, the room window did not had curtains and the windows of building across can look straight to our bed!!! After a lengthy discussion with management, they decided to change the room next day. Needless to say, we did not slept well the first night looking at the window...after paying 119 euros /night!

Very nice place with excellent location to stay in Bordeaux.

Lovely hotel in the old part of town in Bordeaux. Very centrally located. The room was just renovated. It was small. The closet area had been converted into a bathroom. A little tight for two people plus suitcases. A couple of suitcase foldable benches would have been helpful. Otherwise, lovely and charming.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel in Bordeaux. The hotel offered an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location couldn't have been better – right in the heart of Bordeaux, making it easy to explore the city's attractions on foot. The rooms were clean and tidy. Plus, the staff were full of great recommendations for activities and attractions in the area.

Overall good hotel for a one night stay. The gentlemen on reception was super friendly & welcoming even though we got there fairly late. Room was a good size, clean & the bed large & comfortable. Bathroom was small but appeared quite new & in good condition -hot shower with good pressure. Only downside, there was no blinds or curtains on the window and it was a little noisy in the morning as our room over looked the street. Would stay here again

Room was a bit small, not enough towels or soaps. Pillows were a joke, they should have been in the bin, used so many times they were flat, internet was not good at all. Lifts didn’t work .
