Staff are very friendly and it’s well located.

Not all rooms have a lake view which was the main reason we booked the property. We were able to change rooms after the first night so we got the lake view which is stunning.

Chalet Queenstown si trova in una posizione ottimale, molto vicina alla zona centrale della città e appena fuori dalla strada principale. Lo staff è estremamente collaborativo. Esiste possibilità di parcheggio gratuito. La mia stanza era ampia e ben fornita. Ottimo WiFi.

Il mio soggiorno è stato molto positivo, non ci sono critiche importanti; migliorabile la possibilità di scelta per colazione, visto anche il costo.

Decent location, good wifi (70U/28D), generally quiet. It's a bit out of the middle of town, so no external noise.

It's an older wooden building, so the floors creak. The walls are thin enough to hear others walking and the shower next door.
