Chalet Queenstown

Harry was very accommodating and provided great hosting during our stay. Very good communication and easy method for late check in. Rooms comfortable and clean.

Sometimes it was a little noisy and could hear chatter in room next door and corridors. But was generally quiet in the evenings.

The beds were very comfortable and the view was lovely. The breakfast was excellent, and the owner very helpful.

The bedroom only had enough space for one piece of luggage and lacked storage. Also, I left some important items in the room(my bad) and when I phoned up was told nothing had been left behind. Eventually, after I insisted the room was double checked, the items were retrieved. I felt like I was being a bother and not believed, which soured the ending of a lovely stay there.

Great location, lovely hotel

Super friendly staff. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice view of the mountains from the room balcony. Free car parking.

Bathroom is very small and the shower hot water temperature control needs to be improved, Shower cannot hold the warm/hot water for long.

The location. Was a 15 min walk down the hill into town center. It was a comfortable stay with a nice view from the balcony. The staff was pleasant and helpful and it was quiet. Never heard a neighbor.

The parking was limited and chaotic. Luckily a staff member pulled my car out for me.

Being charged for parking after I had asked if i could leave the car there until 1.30 while I walked into town.
