"Perfection would have been possible if the staff had of been a bit more flexible and happy"

Very nice hotel, food was just okay. Room very large and comfortable. Tv and AC worked well. Large outdoor balcony. Staff were completely useless, it’s a pity that the staff were so unfriendly…. They were not Thai people, possibly work conditions were not favourable for a helpful happy disposition. The Breakfast staff were okay and one of the girls, slender with glasses was quite helpful.

"Приятный отель рядом с пляжем"

Мы приятно удивлены. Близко к пляжу. Большой, чистый номер с интересным дизайном. Большой балкон, скорее даже терраса. У нас был удачный вид между зданиями. Нормальные завтраки - оладьи, сосиски, глазунья, овощи, йогурт. Есть тайский рис и лапша. Можно попросить омлет. Пляж, 7/11, аптека, фруктовая лавка - все рядом. Если пройти в сторону Tops, то фрукты дешевле. Если спускаться по лестнице до земли, будет второй выход из отеля на небольшую улочку. Нам так больше нравилось ходить до кафе. Вода у Сурина отличная - бирюзовая, прозрачная. В конце пляжа, где находится отель, скалы, по которым интересно полазить. И рыбки прямо у самого берега. Можно дойти до пляжа Лаем, тропа начинается в левой (другой) части Сурина. Переживали, что цена на букинге будет неокончательной. Но все, как в бронировании. За ребенка дополнительно ничего не взяли (доп. кровать мы не спрашивали).

Не помешает обновить полотенца и организовать уборку номера пораньше. Недалеко от отеля стройки, но в номере их не слышно и не видно. Парк перед пляжем тоже переделывается, но это в целом на Сурине. За такую стоимость - все отлично.

"Best value for the price with nice breakfasts, staff and location!"

It's my third time staying at the hotel, and this is the best value for the price! Close to the beach and the shops + massage salons. Lovely and will probably come again.

Everything was really good so can't really complain.

Reasonable value for money? Close to places to eat and short motorbike ride to bang Tsonor Surin

Accept only cash. When you’ve just landed from a long flight and you are tired. Sweaty. And all you want to do is get into your room? Having to go back to an ATM to get cash I’d not good. First hotel ever not to take Crefit scarf. S real downer. Change it!

Breakfast, 2 min to the Surin beach.

People in reception was very rude unfortunately, a lots of 🐜 ants in the room.
