Staff at check in are very friendly and service minded. The room I was allocated had a bad smell that became worse over night. Asked for a change and that was arranged without any fuss. Beds were rather hard and the cleanliness wasn't 100%.

"Good location&nice breakfast"

Cigarette smell all over the place, especially in the lobby…room was ok, but outdated…i feld back in the early ‘90’s. Teo good aspects: location and better breakfast than other places in Japan. Staff was helpful, trying their best to please the clients.

The hotel is centrally located and near to market The room was ok in size and had all basic amenities Stayed for 2 nights and had no issue with the hotel Staff was good , cooperative. I will recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay centrally located. The station is also 3-4 mins away. There are 2 convinces store near by . For Indians there are 2 food options within 5 mins walk

We the hotel, the room is big comparing to other hotels we stayed in Nagoya and Tokyo. Their hotel lobby smell like cigarettes. It doesn’t bother us much because we only passing by to go to our room. The room doesn’t smell like cigarettes which is good. The staff are friendly and nice. Good location and a lot of bars and places to eat around.
