Great location, clean, great staff.

I wish they had better pillows. It makes a big difference. The breakfast would run out of items that were not replaced. This was an issue if they had a large group coming for breakfast.

"Zouberhaft erholsam, ereignisreich und zum wieder geniessen."

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker. Schöne Auswahl an täglich frischen Früchten, Fleischaufschnitt und Käse. Die Säfte z.B. Mango, Detox, Orange waren herrlich. Das Zimmer war wunderbar gross und klimatisiert. Wir waren über meinen Geburtstag da und ich habe am Tag meines Geburtstages ein Schoggicake mit Kerze und Champagner zum Frühstück erhalten. Das war sehr aufmerksam, vor allem weil weder ich noch mein Mann dies beim Buchen resp Check-in erwähnt haben. Sehr aufmerksam. Die Lage des Hotels war für uns perfekt. Es liegt sozusagen in der Mitte von Lissabon und man kann vom Hotel aus gut zu Fuss, mit den Tuk Tuk oder einem Taxi die Stadt erkunden. HopOn HopOff ist auch in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. In ca. 20/25 Minuten ist man am Hafen. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit, freundlich und mit uns haben sie oft ein paar Minuten geplaudert.

Wie in allen Hotels hat es zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten, vor allem im Badezimmer dürfte es ein zwei Stangen zum Frotteewäsche aufhängen mehr haben. Auch eine zweite Kofferablage zum Auspacken wäre nicht verkehrt.

This was one of three hotels we considered for our trip, and we chose it. Upon arrival, we realized we had made the best choice. Because of Lisbon's hilly terrain, the other two top-tier hotels were actually located at a higher altitude, making walking around the city a bit problematic. However, this hotel was within walking distance of the beach and centrally located, making it easy to visit many places. Furthermore, despite being on one of the city's main streets, we didn't experience any noise issues in our room. If we were to travel to Lisbon again, we would choose this hotel without hesitation. The location and services were fantastic. The breakfast was also much more satisfying and varied than many similar hotels in Europe; it was quite sufficient. Thank you.

Location was great. Generally staff were very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The room and hallway smelled good.

Shower area is slippery and needs to have a rubber mat.
