The staff was wonderful, always there to assist. The staff takes pride in their work. The breakfast was very good. The facilities are nice, a value for your euro. The hotel is about 3 blocks from town away from the congestion. The bed is on the hard side. The pool was beautiful. Good experience.

Very nice property with an incredibly friendly staff. We had a small issue with the AC in our room, and they immediately made a change and took our bags to our new room. Very professional and kind people. Also, breakfast is very good compared to other hotels. Good location as well. For sure recommend to anyone looking for a place in Fira.

The locationnos a bit far from the bus station and the central area but still within walking distance. The room was big and the bed was comfy. Should have more light in the room. There was no door or curtain to the shower which was annoyed. The reception staff members both day and night shift were super nice, friendly, helpful and polite.

"Nice boutique hotel, excellent service and staff!"

The staff were so hopeful and friendly it made the stay so much better. Good breakfast for a small hotel and nice clean rooms. TV was a little small but didn't bother us as we don't go on holiday to just sit in and watch TV!
