"Not as advertised"

Bathroom was not the same as photo of bathroom on website. Does this breach trades description?? Towels were grey and old and not even suitable for drying our dog. We asked to be moved to a renovated room like the ones on the website but the receptionist said "Sorry the hotel is full". There are better hotels in the area for the same price.... choose them instead.

la habitación estaba muy linda

El Wifi no funciona, la tele es smart pero no se podía utilizar porque internet no funcionaba directamente, el baño estaba tapado y nos hicieron esperar para entrar a la habitación tres horas estando con un bebé, y cuando subimos a la habitación tampoco estaba preparada.
