L'albergo si presenta ottimamente fin dal primo impatto, minuziosamente impostato fin dalla sua costruzione per le comodità degli ospiti. Attenzioni e pulizia assoluti ed efficiente cordialità. Il prezzo è giustificato.

"Clean and comfortable with beautiful view!"

Our stay at the hotel was great. The staff is extremely kind, although they did not speak any English so sometimes it was difficult to communicate with them with my limited German. The hotel room is very large and comfortable. It was also very clean and had a beautiful balcony. The breakfast could have been improved with some fresh vegetables and fruit. It was quite limited and only included pre-packaged items and too much bread. The area around the hotel is perfect for hiking, skiing and just enjoying the beautiful Dolomites. The wifi did not work at all, and needs to be updated as soon as possible. It was quite slow and tedious to log on to. If the breakfast and wifi were improved, I would give the hotel a 10 out of 10 score.

"se volete tranquillità è il posto giusto"

Siamo arrivati in questo hotel all ultimo minuto prenotando quattro camere. Che dire camere pulitissime, personale gentilissimo e un posto più tranquillo di questo non lo ho mai provato. Tornerò sicuramente presto ps prezzi molto buoni per la qualità che offre.

haben dort nur eine Zwischenübernachtung gemacht, da am nächsten Tag Weiterreise. Wenn man das Hotel von Bildern nicht kennt, ist es schlecht zu erkennen, da keine Außenreklame vorhanden; das erste Erkennungsmerkmal ist die große Fußmatte am Eingang, wenn es dann für sich selber schon gefunden hat. Empfang war nicht besetzt (erst nach 5-10 Minuten). kein offizielles restaurant vorhanden, zum Essen gab es nur die Möglichkeit ein Tagesmenü zu wählen, was wahrscheinlich die Hotelgäste auch bekommen haben. Für einen längeren Urlaubsaufenthalt würden wir uns etwas mehr Informationskompetenz der Mitarbeiter wünschen; bei Fragen wurden wir immer an den Chef oder dessen Bruder verwiesen, nur waren beide leider nicht present.
