Umthunzi Hotel and Conference

Food was good, 💯 friendly staff and beautiful bath room,very clean rooms

Lights not adequate in my room

Clean hotel rooms fully stocked. An amazing breakfast that was the best feature of this hotel! The complimentary tea and coffee station was appreciated. We liked that there was a large lounge area in which to relax.

The rooms we booked said garden views but they were rather of the back and front car parks. There was a thick block out curtain but no diaphanous curtains so whenever we were in the room others could look in unless we had the block out curtains drawn. This meant no natural light. Nice balconies but some outdoor furniture to relax on would have been appreciated. We arrived on Boxing Day. There was very little to do at this hotel. No board games, the TV channel in the lounge was turned to sport and the TVs in the rooms had very few channels.

Always pleasant to visit Umthunzi and is my preferred place to stay in South Coast

They need to allocate parking for stay in visitors when they have weddings as it is frustrating to be looking for parking when all bays are full.

Everything about the place is likeable the staff is warm and welcoming

Nothing everything was perfect

Property was very clean and neat.

The views were awesome
