Als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit ein vollständig ausreichendes Hotel mit einem super Service

I stayed in this hotel twice this year. Clean rooms and nice staff. Will come again.

Location of Hotel is not exactly close in the proximity to the old town, but still great, if you do not mind to take about 0.5 miles hike. Breakfast was great and staff was overall friendly. We were disappointed with the host of the Hotel who asked us to move from one room to another after we stayed in the original room for 3 nights. After we refused, he told me that in this case we would need to pay extra for breakfast and the tone was not friendly et all. My wife and me were really disappointed and left Hotel two days earlier, although it was paid if full.

Nice hotel, not in the main tourist areas, but a nice and quiet neighbourhood. Walking distance to the city center and about twenty minutes walk to the Old Town. Very nice and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay.

Decent room, walk-around terrace/patio. View not spectacular but not bad either. The bed is low to the ground, keep this in mind if your taller/older and have a bit of trouble standing from a low seated position. Staff speaks poor Russian and poor English. Be aware that communication issues might arise. Also, they treated my Armenian wife very differently from me, an American. There was a shower, but no shower curtain. More than enough hot water for both the wife and I to take showers. In the morning there was a distinct and unpleasant gas/sewer smell in the bathroom, probably coming from the floor drain.

I booking balcony room for 4 days but they are not provided. I ask hotel management. After 3 days. They are giving to me balcony room. cheating

Отель приятный. Отличный завтрак, домашний шведский стол, все свежее и вкусное. В номере холодновато, поддувает из окон. Не смертельно, но все таки не приятный момент. В остальном качество, для своей цены, на высоте.

Average facilities for 3* hotel. Superior room is big and convenient. Close to central avenue, but the hotel is situated on the steep road. Friendly and helpful staff.
