La amabilidad de la recepcionista al llegar

Había muchas escaleras desde que llegas, creo que eso no está explicado en el anuncio. No lo recomiendo por el lugar donde está el hotel. Hace muchos años no visitaba Medellin y no sabía que el centro se encontraba tan deprimido. Para una noche y hacer compras está bien

Muy limpio. Tiene para desayuno y almuerzo pero no merienda y cena. La zona en la que se encuentra es delicada, a partir de las 18:00h no es una zona muy recomendable para salir, los negocios cercanos cierran pronto por eso

Aunque el personal te ayuda a pedir delivery no tienen para cena. El wifi en algunas zonas no funciona, en mi habitación el ventilador tenías que jugar con el cable para funcionar bien
