The hotel was so clean and the staffs were so kind and helpful. At breakfast you have also so much oppurtunities. It was 1 night booking but feels so premium for me.

For 1 night maybe the price could be much cheaper

"Nice hotel in general"

Super nice and professional customer service by a nice gentlemen this time. Last time I had to stay in the hotel with approx 20 ppl who traveled with me, the ladies on reception did not wanted to let us in because we did not wanted to give our passports to them to hold them throughout our stay. This practice was not in accordance with any laws known to me. They could scan it etc but they used to take and hold them from all passangers regardless of their nationality. Same case with some other hotels in Ilidža. Very unprofessional and illegal. At the end they let us in becase I called police and asked for their manager which allowed us to stay in the hotel without them holding our passports in some boxes at the reception.

Nothing this particular time.
