L’eau froide des douches nous étions 4 et déjà à la deuxième personne quasiment plus d’eau chaude et le lendemain matin toujours pas d’eau chaude

Het onthaal en personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer was groot genoeg. De badkamer was hele groot en de douche had lekker warm water. De bedden waren heel zacht. De slaapzetel was ook aangenaam om op te slapen. Het ontbijt was lekker en voldoende.

Het was jammer dat het zwembad in renovatie was en de werken waren 's morgens ook te horen. Wij zijn goede slapers dus hadden we hier weinig last van.

Room was very spacious and very good size ( I booked for the family room), location was excellent for Amsterdam city and Tulip gardens. Very nice area with lakes and forests. The hotel was very quiet , I think because there are only 35 rooms.

1. There are many things i didn’t like , there was construction work going on at the hotel. The work starts about 7-7.30 am and it’s was very difficult to sleep specially with the children. When I later explained the reception , the receptionist denied and didn’t even bother to apologies. There was no phone in the room to call to the reception . 2. It was very difficult to find reception staffs sometimes and nowhere to found . 3. Breakfast was very basic and same food for 2 days of my stays, very limited option for the breakfast. 5. I think staff were very rude and not happy to welcome the customer. Especially When my children’s were playing on the lobby , receptionist seems very unhappy and was giving a bad look . 6. There was no kettel in the room, so no tea or coffee in the room.
