スタッフの方が非常に親切だった。 色々なイベントがあり、施設内で楽しめた。 食事のクオリティも高く満足した。

子供用の寝間着、パジャマがあると嬉しかったです。 アメニティに化粧水や乳液がなかった様なので、用意してもらえると更に良かったです。

Die Anlage war sehr gross und das Zimmer auch.Sehr nettes Personal,tolles Essen

Stückweise ein wenig abgegriffen und muffig.Zugang zum Zimmer nicht so schön.Und sehr gut fotografiertes Zimmer,wir hatten keinen ungehinderten Meerblick und waren im Untergeschoss.

"Pleasant stay in Kanucha Bay Resort"

The setting was nice and we had a nice big balcony. The room was huge and beds very comfortable. We liked the covered walkway to room within the building. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Views were impressive from balcony of the bay. There were two nice shops in the resort. Did not use beach but it looked nice. Outdoor pool area closed but looked nice. Christmas Light display was very pretty and colourful.

The check-in process was rather long. We had a rental car but were not allowed to drive to our room building. We had to park in the main parking area by check-in. They suggested renting a golf cart for the 2 days we were there but this was an added expense and not really necessary. They drove us and luggage to our room but did not explain how to check out without driving up with our car. We temporarily parked by laundry to load luggage. The laundry facility w was large but expensive compared to other resorts we had stayed in and the dryer we had was ineffective after 90mins. The second night we were there a family with energetic children ran and jumped around above us until 10:30pm. The outdoor pool area was closed for the season and there was a charge to use the indoor pool. Parking was Y1600 . Would like to see an all inclusive price.

レストランで献立の種類が豊富

子ども用のオムツゴミ箱を事前に設置依頼したのに、部屋に着いたらなかったので再度、依頼した。 ベッドが3つあるのに、1つだけ寝具が不足で、依頼すると別途金額が発生するとのことだったので、無料のブランケットを依頼したが、宿泊中に届かなかった。
