"Niet echt prettig om te verblijven als stel."

De grote bedden. Het zwembad(alleen de eerste dag) en de glazen sauna, die was lauw, maar nadat ik dat doorgaf werd die beter ingesteld.

Ze kunnen er beter een only-moslim hotel van maken. Ontbijt was niet echt ingesteld op Westerse toeristen. Geen lekker en oud brood. Om plakjes kaas wat naar smeerkaas smaakte en boter moest je vragen en was bevroren. Voor cappuccino koffie moet je extra betalen. Als je dan toch maar nasi goreng eet is de rijst hard en ook niet lekker. Er stond geen gratis flesje op je kamer wat ik echt absurd vind voor zo’n groot hotel ! ! Ben in heel veel hotels geweest, overal staan flesjes water, ook waar je water uit de kraan kan drinken, maar hier niet! Belachelijk, dat kost toch echt niet veel! Verder kwamen er op de 2de en 3de dag heel veel schreeuwende kinderen in het zwembad, en kinderen die de sauna constant in en uit liepen, vreselijk, en ouders vonden het geweldig. Maar lekker rustig zwemmen of de sauna was er dan niet meer bij. Personeel durfde er ook niks van te zeggen. We houden niet van zachte bedden, maar deze bedden waren keihard. Elke ochtend had ik last van mijn rug. Ze waren wel heel groot.

"Reliable option in central Makassar"

Comfortable room, decent swimming pool, interesting view and good breakfast. I stayed twice in one week and both the room and the breakfast were better the second time. Very welcoming front-desk staff and concierge.

The room decor is maybe ready for a refresh.
