Euro Inn & Suites of Slidell

Didn't stay for breakfast, but there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room which I used. Very clean. Very quiet (which is what I had requested).

Keypass for room entry was difficult to use (but this problem is not unique to this motel). Instead of touch, the ones that require insertion of the key seem to be easier to use.

The staff was absolutely amazing! We traveled by train, and it was extremely delayed. I called to inform them of our late arrival, and they were very sweet about it. Our room was very nice also, with newer paint and furnishings.

No breakfast. Since we were there with no vehicle, getting food was a task. I always book places that offer free breakfast. Was a little irritated that even though it was advertised as having it, they did not.

The room is really big and nice. House keeping was great. The location is excellent. Stores and restaurants are walking distance.

Their are 2 floors with only one ice machine on the 1st floor and it is broken. We had to walk across to the hotel next door to get ice. The room does not have an iron or an ironing board. There is also no elevator.
