Saya datang sekitar jam set 4 sore untuk 3 kamar, tapi satu kamar belum ready. Jadi harus nunggu sekitar 30 menit. Itu kayanya ga etis ya karena kita check in mau istirahat. Ada beberapa staff yang ga senyum, kayanya tahun-tahun sebelumnya lebih bagus deh. Ke lobby aja pasti di greet sama staffnya, tahun ini kurang
