"Unsafe leaving a vehicle in the car park"

The room seemed nice but it stops there

Both times I have stayed there the reception staff were rude and not helpful, they seemed to try and make everything as difficult as possible. The most recent stay my vehicle was broken into and vandalised in the car park to a point I had to leave at 2am and drive the vehicle to safe location 2 hours away.

I like that the accommodation is separate from the rest of the facility and there is plenty of parking which is very well lit The staff are always very pleasant and professional

Firstly we were having major problems with our cell phone and being seniors we aren't tech clever. A very helpful knowledge staff member came to our aid. It was greatly appreciated. Just wish I knew her name

Our stay was pleasant,quite a busy road and a lot of traffic noise but we live in the country so aren't used to noise at niggt
