Rottura del clima 30 minuti prima del mio arrivo. Mi hanno chiamato e si sono offerti di trovare una soluzione alternativa anche al costo di trovare un nuovo hotel. Ho deciso di confermare nonostante l'imprevisto e mi hanno dato acqua omaggio e ogni tipo di assistenza. Super professionisti

Personel güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Kahvaltısını Pasta&Basta adında küçük bir kafede veriyorlar. Yeterli ve iyi beğendik.

Bize verilen ilk odada banyoda küvet var fakat tavanı eğimli geldiği için ayakta duş almak imkansız. Bu durum fotoğrafta görünmüyor. Oda değiştirmek istediğimizde fiyat farkı talep ettiler ama sonrasında yardımcı oldular ve duşa kabini olan daha geniş bir odaya geçtik. Sistemsel bir klima arızası vardı, tamir edilmesi uzayınca odaya vantilatör getirdiler.

Aria condizionata non funzionante....visto il periodo estremamente caldo e le finestre che non possono aprirsi non è un dettaglio ma un fatto di rilievo, avrebbero dovuto avvisare
