Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately far from what we expected, and aside from the convenient location, there was very little that left a positive impression. We have stayed in many different hotels during our travels, but the issues we encountered here were both numerous and disruptive. Upon arrival, we were informed that our room had been “upgraded.” However, the room we were given was a tiny space on the ground floor at the very back of the property, facing the garbage bins. This was nowhere near what one would consider an upgrade, and it left us feeling misled. After raising the issue, we were moved to another room, but this change did not resolve the overall problems. The new room was still far below expectations. The furnishings were outdated, the room felt neglected, and overall comfort was lacking. Although we were traveling as a couple, we were given twin beds, and the beds separated on their own every single night, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. There was no air conditioning, the bathroom door offered no privacy at all, and an unpleasant smell lingered in the room throughout our stay. These issues made it difficult to relax or feel at ease. Breakfast was acceptable in terms of taste, but the dining area felt old-fashioned and the tables were not cleaned thoroughly, which affected the overall experience. It’s hard to enjoy a meal when the environment doesn’t feel hygienic. While the staff was not rude, the initial information we were given about the room was clearly misleading, and this significantly contributed to our dissatisfaction. Feeling misinformed at the very beginning set a negative tone for the rest of the stay. In summary, apart from the location, we struggled to find anything that met even basic expectations. The room conditions, comfort level, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere were disappointing. For these reasons, I would recommend considering other accommodation options.

Tolles Hotel an bester Lage, sehr freundliches Personal und ausgezeichnetem Restaurant. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls sehr umfangreich und lässt kaum Wünsche offen.
