Frühstück war gut - Das Personal sehr freundlich

Das Zimmer war an der Straße - und sehr heiß....es wurde zwar ein Venti aufgestellt....aber 27 Grad hatten wir im Zimmer - Nachts das Fenster öffnen an einer Hauptverkehrsstrasse war zu laut zum Schlafen....die Betten mit Stahlrahmen wurden nur zusammen geschoben und das Bad war fertig.... Badewannengriff abgerissen.....

Das Frühstücksbuffet

Quand on rentre à l'hôtel après une journée de vadrouille on est heureux de pouvoir s'asseoir dans le jardin et consommer les bons plats du resto.

Malgré que la salle de bain est clean les traces brunes de calcaire dans la cuvette de WC donnent une IMPRESSION de mal-propre et c'est dommage. La réclamation (2 jours consécutifs) que la TV ne fonctionne pas (Kein Signal) n'a pas vraiment été prise au sérieux.... Pas d'explication du pourquoi et non plus d'excuses...

Room was clean. Breakfast was ok.

The host was not responding my messages before check in, neither via booking.com nor via sms as i wanted to drop my luggage and travel, but as host did not respond, i had to readjust my plans. There is not light in the bathroom, when i asked i was told it is not part of design of hotel. hotel is close to park for kids so very noisy. Hotel is 10 min bus ride from train station. I also asked if i can wash my clothing, i was told yes, without telling i need to pay 10 CHF, later i was informed i need to pay for this service which was surprise. Tea and coffee facility is at ground floor, so you have to go down for this each time. Additionally, if you want to visit Interlaken, Brienz while staying this hotel, note that Thun is far away and it is better to book hotel in other towns as train ticket is expensive. Definitely not worth its value.
