The heating was not working from 11:00 PM until approximately 5:30 AM, and it was warmer outside than inside the room. In the bathroom there was a window that had nothing to cover it, so it was possible to see inside from outside.

Snídaně super, lokalita super...v ceně byly skříňky u lanovky...

Ve wellness nedoplňovali vodu na pití, docházely ručníky, finská sauna byla nahřátá až hodinu po otevření...

Vriendelijk personeel, goede wellness

Ik miste een waterkoker op de kaner om zelf thee of koffie te kunnen maken. Dat is tegenwoordig altijd wel aanwezig in goede hotels.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The lockers next to the skilift were great. Breakfast was really good and the staff super friendly. Would definitely recommend.
