Изключително любезни домакини. Грижиха се за нас още от резервирането на нашия престой. Изключително чисто , страхотна закуска, отлична вечеря. Силно препоръчвам този хотел .

Hotel w starym budynku, na obrzeżach starówki w Hranicach. Na miejscu restauracja z kuchnią czynną do 22:00. Pokój ogromny, wygodne łóżka, duża łazienka, w pokoju ciepło (pobyt w środku zimy). Śniadanie urozmaicone. Z miłych drobiazgów: przed przyjazdem recepcjonistka Natka napisała do mnie z pytaniem, czy chcę rezerwację w restauracji (przydało się, bo w lokalu było sporo gości, miałem więc gwarancję stolika). Zdecydowanie chętnie tam wrócę, bardzo lubię tego typu hotele! Hotel oddalony o pół godziny spaceru od stacji kolejowej lub kilka minut jazdy od autostrady D1

Za rzadko przyjeżdżam do takich miejsc :)

Sound isolation of the room

Good location, clean, has free parking, simple but nice breakfast

You can hear everything from the room which is nearby or it couple having fun or crying baby-no sound isolation. However you can find ear plugs in the room :D Also if it is public holiday do not expect to get food for lunch or dinner.

Even though this city wasn't our intended destination and we had to stop due to a medical emergency, I never expected to have such a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly polite, cheerful, kind, and supportive—treating us like their own family and cooperating in every possible way. They warmly accepted our early check-in, prepared a custom menu for my family member's special diet without any extra charge, and even made a special drink for our patient that wasn't on the menu. Despite not having room service, they kindly brought our meals to the room upon request. The environment was very peaceful and spotless. Everything was perfect. As someone who works in the hospitality industry myself, I must admit they are truly exceptional. If they had a larger building, they would undoubtedly be a magnificent five-star hotel.
