Staffs are very friendly, free laundry facility. The room is clean and tidy.

- Clean, comfortable and well-supplied room - staff were accomodating - hot tub was open - free laundry use

- I was a little cold in my room and I couldn't figure out how to add heating, otherwise my stay was comfortable and I would stay again

Property itself was lovely, great location and facilities

There was a noisy fan underneath our apartment that sounded like an aeroplane and meant we got very little sleep unfortunately

It was lovely and clean, it was a little out of town

The marketing department but they did compensate with a voucher

Very comfortable and clean rooms.

If I could change something I’d recommend better bathroom rubbish bins. They were loud and I was worried I was bothering the people in the rooms next door if I wasn’t careful.
