Very comfortable and spacious room. Started with a beautiful welcome and drink on check in, a small but valuable gesture as it started the experience off very nicely. Facilities are great, laundry clean and that there was no charge and washing powder provided is another small but lovely gesture. All round wonderful stay thank you

I would ask for seperate shower in future but that’s just a personal preference now. But shower itself was great. 😊

Had a pool and gym. Gym was basic but adequate; ski machine , bike and running machine. Had weights and a bench. Nice and clean. Slide on pool was good fun. Staff were lovely. Very friendly and when I asked for a bigger pan and more loo rolls, they were more than happy to help.

I don't know if Booking.com told the hotel that there were 4 adults and 2 children as we had to ask for the bedding for the bed settee and more towels. The hob didn't fit two normal sized family pans.

The unit has a fully equipped open kitchen with a dining table. The living area, spacious and comfortable, opens out to a balcony overlooking trees. It's lovely to have breakfast on the sunlit balcony in the morning. The bed room is of good size with a big bed and armchair, and it also has a balcony. I like the ceiling fans which bring in gentle breeze, making the temperature just right for me.

The pool is a bit too small and shallow for a resort type of accommodation.

We absolutely loved our stay and will most definitely be back. Staff were friendly and very accommodating and the facilities were excellent. Can’t wait to return.

Best place to stay in Wanaka. Everything was just perfect

It was a lovely one BR apartment we stayed in. Everything for the kitchen was provided, we didn't use it but everything was there. Rooms were really clean, very comfortable bed. We were right next to the pool, did get noisy at times but nothing terrible. We made use of spa and sauna after our big hikes. We got welcome drinks which was lovely. Breakfast was average, very few items to select from. We also got complementary dinner organised by Ash ( thank you). Very close to the centre, close to many hikes and lake.

Breakfast could have few more options.
