"Lieux, service, spa et petit-déjeuner au top. Nourriture bonne mais concept surfait."

Les lieux, le spa et surtout la piscine sans enfant. Le service est parfait. Le petit déjeuner au milieu des paddocks est superbe et délicieux.

Le mobilier en bord de piscine ( centrale et spa) sont vieillissants, transats et parasols. C’est peut-être un détail mais vu le standing, il peut être renouvelé. On s’en aperçoit vite en voulant déplacer le parasol. C’est rouillé et donc pas facile à bouger. À savoir, comme beaucoup d’hôtels dans Marrakech, la piscine est ouverte aux clients extérieurs et on peut le dire pas la meilleure clientèle! Côté cuisine, étant une vraie française appréciant la bonne bouffe et les bonnes adresses, l’association à J-F Piège est surfaite. C’est sûrement apprécié par les étrangers qui aiment ce genre d’estampille. Mais ça n’a aucun intérêt de manger un couscous signé J-F Piège ( légumes, semoule, viande), des frites ou des œufs mimosa. Ça sert juste à gonfler les prix et flatter les nouveaux riches. Ce n’est pas le tout d’avoir les moyens, payer ok, mais pas être pris pour une vache à lait. On mange délicieusement bien dans Marrakech et pour moins cher.

Diseño , restaurante con cocina tradicional, piscina, caballos.

Personal muy lento incluso recepción y no todos amables , tienes dar propina a cada paso . Información incorrecta de cama suplementaria- no es 150€ por la noche realmente es precio completo de más un habitación. Pedimos kyt dental para una persona y no trajeron y mucho más cosas simples . Seguro que no volveremos y no recordamos este hotel .

If you are not sure I can tell you to just book and you will be in awe. I’ve stayed in a lot of luxury hotels all around the world and this is by far one of the best. Top notch Hospitality, staff take care of the clients and walk the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable as it can be, special thanks to the concierge Mohcine who makes everything possible. We were offered a late check out at no extra charge. They make you feel welcome and everyone is very accommodating. the kids club is even better than the kids club at Amanpuri, if you have kids then this hotel is a no brainer (Horses, Good food, welcoming staff)

The property is unique by it own. Interior is very Moroccan and full of art pieces. Very impressive.

It has resort feel and not crowded, able to give personal attention to all the guests. 3 restaurants provide enough choices for in house guests dining experience. Spa treatment are excellent too.
