This is my third time lodging at bourboni. It is consistently of the highest standards of hospitality. Well absolutely convenient to the airport, the surrounding area is not so desirable except if you would go into que. The silver jewelry there is outstanding

Hotel muito bom, mas a falta de pessoas para atender principalmente na área da piscina que deixou a desejar. Faltava toalhas, garçons coitado do unico atendente no bar. Na hora do check out solicitei a conta e só me foi cobrado a minha despesa. Depois de uns 10 minutos vieram me oerguntar quem iria pagar a despesas da minha esposa. Só rindo mesmo. A sorte deles que o Uber foi demorado.

Confortable and spacious rooms, staff extremely helpful and professional

I was there for a conference all the week. The staff is very kind, room was nice, big and clean. The bathroom was also good. Can only complain about the lighting was a bit dark. I will strongly recommend that they add some more ceiling light. Food was good, both in the breakfast and the buffer for lunch, however it was a bit repetitive. Same issue in the coffee breaks, same food across all the breaks every day in the week. Should be improved. I got intoxicated by some food on Thursday, but now sure what it was. I understand it is an accident but attentions should be paid. So the last 2 days where not very fun!

I really enjoyed my stay at this Hotel. My original room had a small problem with the door. I felt that it was just a small inconvenience, Yet, the manager went over and beyond to assure my stay was superb. The staff was friendly. The hotel was immaculate. I did not get a chance to use the Spa, Gym, or pool arear but I did view them. They too, were beautifully maintained. I am more that happy with the Hotel and Staff. Excellent Job!!!
