Marina Elite

Our recent stay at Marian Elite from 19th–24th April was our third visit — and without doubt our last. For a holiday that costs this much, the standards we experienced were simply unacceptable. The biggest issue was the dining area. Despite windows being clearly marked “do not open”, they were opened anyway, resulting in a swarm of flies throughout the restaurant. It was genuinely disgusting — food exposed, flies everywhere, and guests openly complaining. It completely put you off eating. Even when the windows were shut the following evening, the problem hadn’t been resolved. The flies were still there, and the whole experience remained uncomfortable and unhygienic. This is basic hotel management, and it simply wasn’t handled. Another noticeable issue was how overcrowded the restaurant became at mealtimes. It was suddenly flooded with large groups of locals wearing green wristbands, yet they were nowhere to be seen for the rest of the day. It created a chaotic, canteen-like atmosphere rather than the relaxing hotel dining experience you expect when paying for a holiday like this. To make matters worse, the flight home was very uncomfortable, and since returning, all of us have suffered from serious stomach issues which started almost immediately. Whether directly linked or not, it only adds to what was already a very poor experience. If you’re worried about queues, don’t be — not for EES anyway. The longest queue we encountered all week was for the toilet. It’s a real shame, as we had enjoyed previous visits, but this stay was a massive step backwards. We had actually booked to return for 10 nights in September, but have since cancelled and switched to another hotel along the coast. For the price you pay, this simply isn’t good enough — and we will not be returning.

I stayed here last September and decided to come back again this year. Really enjoy it here got to know many of the staff quite well and enjoyed the service that was given. Big thank you to jalala on front desk who was always on hand and lazandra ot pool bar . However I was a bit disappointed with the food this year..although you can't plz people all the time I think they didn't plz many at all. There was so much food which was cold thus not appetising I'm afraid. so ate out. But apart from that I will go back because I enjoyed my time there. Thank you

Las instalaciones: renovaron el Gym, tienen máquinas nuevas, los colchones estaban genial. Las cañas son Cruzcampo, buenísimas. La comida está riquísima, tiene un menú sano y variado. Está todo limpio y el personal es muy amable.

Que se terminaran las vacaciones.

I travelled with my 17 year old daughter on the 25th April to 31st April 2026 for a 5 day break before her exams started and was meant to be a relaxing break and chose AI for this reason. On first impressions when we arrived at 5pm, we were given a map with baffling instructions on how to access our seaview room and had to ask for assistance to do so. Room was very bare with few amenities bar the view which was good. We went for dinner and next day stayed all day at the hotel eating breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. Sunday night on returning to the room, my daughter started vomiting violently and whilst I was in the midst of trying to help her, I myself started too. This continued throughout the night and in the morning after great difficulty I contacted the reception to ask them to bring water to the room - nobody came near our room all say after repeated attempts of myself being quite ill trying to contact them. We eventually had to leave the room later that day to get supplies ourselves and I asked to speak to a manager, never seen her to the following day. The rest of the holiday was spent recuperating and we never ate from the hotel again incurring extra costs to my holiday. I am home 3 days and still feeling the effects of this which is quite apparant now due to the food consumed there and in the process of the complaints procedure. Holiday ruined. Avoid!!!!
