Hotel exceeded expectations, host was awesome to deal with. Brilliant view and very good value for money.

Had a bit of trouble finding it. Sign on side of road for turn off was kind of hard to spot from the direction we came and google maps tried to send us down a different road.

The service at this hotel needs special mention. Nthing was too much trouble and staff went well above and beyond what was expected. Arriving late we were welcomed by the restaurant manager (the only person still working) were shown to our room and offered a late meal (very welcome) asking at reception the next day for recommendations as to where to visit, within 5 minutes a knock on the door and a sheaf of suggestions in english. The restaurant is superb and the food excellent. A thunderstorm on the first night saw a lightening strike virtually on our block which put the power out. We heard a car engine about 30 mins later and someone reconnected the supply so it was there the next morning. A remote location in the hills with fabulous views, you will need a car! Great place to explore the local coastline and hill towns or to relax by the pool. 10 mins to Sperlonga with free car parking and less expensive accommodation. would recommend.

Pool was beautiful and clean. Kids were welcomed by the staff. Room was very clean and had everything you needed for your stay. Restaurant was very nice.

Sheets were a bit scratchy but that’s a minor inconvenience on the whole.

Fabulous place to stay, approx 15 minutes drive from Sperlonga, beautiful pool and views. Great breakfast. Staff very accomodating.

Beautiful view and good food at the restaurant.

Not so clean nor well maintained. We travelled with a 3 month old baby and the cot mattress was extremely dirty, they exchanged it with one that looked better but smelled terrible which is not acceptable. Extremely bad wifi and no network whatsoever so is impossible to place or receive a call with your mobile phone. For us this was a big issue. They did not offer any solution for this not even a refund (we would have changed hotel).

Crazy room on the cliff of Sperlonga, infinity pool with sea view. The owner Luigi is very nice and makes sure everything goes well. Hope to see you again and thank you very much for everything!

Fantastic location, pool, views, food and wine. Excellent staff and service and dog friendly too. Great value for money and we will definitely return. Highly recommended and best place we have stayed in Sperlonga so far
