Beautiful views, everything you need. Despite the explosion of our suitcases care was still taken when staff in the room replaced towels etc

Would love a shuttle from bus stop to accommodation as walk down is fine but walking 2km uphill less appealing.

The view. Quiet location and relaxing. Liked the high ceilings with beams.

BBQ unusable. Small balcony. Furnishings would need an upgrade. Manchester (towels) very poor quality and bed covers old and caused an allergic reaction to one of our sensitive family members. No microwave dishes. Didn’t seem to be a communal washing machine as stated.

Was so disappointed in this place. First up no one to greet us. Next the stunning pool was dirty and full of debris. Internet didn’t work. It is miles away from Airlie Beach with no place to get a meal or drink so you have to spend $35 on a taxi each way or you can walk over 1km to get to the bus stop but have to be back before the last bus at 6.30pm. When the host did turn up we asked for help to book a taxi for the next day as no internet and was so unhelpful but finally did it I would not stay here again and would suggest you don’t. Airlie Beach much more central, lively and friendlier

Unit was oldish but quiet and room was dark at night, yes block out curtains that worked, and the view of the harbour very pretty.

Unfortunately the ‘‘resort” is poorly maintained and an annoyingly long way from any restaurants and entertainment in Airlie Beach. The pool full of sticks and debris (not like the photographs on the website) and generally everything is in a very poor state of repair. The only redeeming feature is the views of Shute Harbour but you can’t look passed everything else to enjoy it. And we had to carry our bags down three flights of stairs to get to the room. This is clearly why they don’t offer a refund because most people would just bounce straight out again after checking in. It is beyond belief how the TripAdvisor reviews can be at 4.0!?
