This hotel had many positive aspects; the helpful staff is may be on top. Everything is organized. I have been fairly satisfied about my stay in this hotel.

The staff was very supportive and helpful despite not knowing English. We lost our cellphone during day trip and they helped us in getting back. Special thanks to Ms Gozde and manager at the reception .

The pictures on the website does not reflect the quality of the room. The room smelled smoke and the bathroom had mold with minimal maintenance over several years. To many brochure for the same and different information. The room it self was good but need a renovation and decoration and before check in the staff shall double check so the room is ready for check in to match the expectations you have on a suit. The locations are very good with nice local restaurants with walking distance to cordon and also public transport and airport by taxi.

They told me upon arrival that they cannot give me the room as it was flooded and they brought me to a 3 star hotel with a very small double room with no windows and so I told them I can’t stay in that room as it was uncomfortable, dirty surroundings, lots of men smoking in the lobby, and too small for me and my friend. We wanted twin beds which was the one we booked but apparently was flooded. They were probably fully booked and they told me they were going to refund my booking. Still waiting on the $35.95 I paid to be refunded back to my account.

Seemed to me guy preparing breakfast speaks better English and cared for us more than receptionists.
