Comfortable

I recently stayed here over the weekend. The worst experience and I got unwell from staying here. The photos looked great, however it was far from it. The place i stayed in had such a hevy smell of mould, when looking around the place there was mould in different areas in the place. It’s like the only place they look after is the beds and carpet. I went to lay down in the Main area and all I could smell next to me was mould. It was so bad I couldn’t even eat in this place. The front office even smells of damp/mould but you don’t know where it is. I had to put a complaint in and take it higher due to the safety concerns to my health that I had to report this. I had be told I should have told them when I arrived, after advising them several times to 2 different staff of the concerns I had especially via email. Please do not book at this place, I am warning you all, it’s not worth the month. You will feel uncomfortable.

Hotel needs abit of a update but it's a Great location for the 3 sisters n chocolate shop

This place was comfortable for a few nights stay, not overly big but clean, a comfortable bed and nice hot shower. There is a bus stop across the road and buses run every 10 mins which was convenient. Rooms are serviced daily if you require it. Would recommend this motel.

In walking distance of the Three Sisters and short drive to Katoomba.

Loved: close to Echo Point & public transport, onsite parking, lovely staff, great price, microwave, opposite the Chocolate Factory Disliked: noisy a/c fans, iced up freezer box, dated interior and decor, sagging mattresses. Despite some areas that we weren't too happy with, the location trumps them all, so we woll visit again

Great place to stay and lay your head while visiting the Blue Mountains. No restaurant on site but supplied with a microwave and kettle it is easy to make yourself something quick to eat of not wanting to visit a nearby cafe. My only conplaint is that at 6minutes past checkout time we were hurried along by the cleaner telling us we were past check out - i mean 6 minutes come on.
