The accommodation was better than we had expected. Did not meet the hosts at all, as the system was all automated. Large rooms and ours had a spa as well. Carpark was not big enough. Good location, near Echo point. Heating was great too. Awesome

Joseph was informative and assured us the room was clean and tidy. The sheets and towels were clean and the room was quiet of a night however that’s where it all stopped. The cob webs inside the windows, hanging from the curtains and in corners of the room were so thick with dust you can tell the room has not had a decent clean for a long time. When closing the curtains a dust cloud fell. Whatever you do don’t look behind the bed heads…. The fridge has seen better days and had a very smelly spill in the bottom of it. The bathroom has mildew on the roof and walls. The room wasn’t expensive so I guess you get what you pay for. General maintenance and cleaning shouldn’t be unexpected. Very disappointed and will not stay there any time soon.

Great location, good value!! Right next to echo point and not far from scenic world Had everything we needed for our overnight Stay Quiet , easy check in, spacious, great heating and warm blankets, much appreciated on a cold autumn night We stayed in a family room with a Spa bath, after a long day it was heaven Will definitely return

Awful. Booked based on reviews mentioning that although dated, it was clean. Well, our room wasn't. Leftover food in fridge from previous visitors, huge cobwebs waving around, peeling paint, room needs a thorough clean. The spa bath was so old and dirty looking inside that there was no-way we would use it. There was a mixture of hair, ( all sorts) and dirt on the floor in bathroom Everything felt grubby snd tatty. Too late to book else where when we arrived so had to stay. Would not recommend. Quite honestly, it was disgusting. Date of stay: April 2024 Trip type: Travelled with family
