It's in a great location if you have a big rig that needs to be parked close by. Made a mistake with the booking they were happy to change which was great.

Quiet location.

Linen changed after night 3. When staying 4 nights, should have been changed after 2nd night.

We didn't like anything about the place

The room was not clean. Sheets looked like they had already been slept in. The pillows had dead bugs and dust on them. There was no lightning in the outside area, and the undercover area needed a good clean. We had to phone for a shuttle bus to pick us up from the station when it had been previously organised. There are too many things to list we only stayed one night and went to reception the next morning asking for a refund as the standard of accommodation was not acceptable and couldn't understand why the reviews were inaccurate. Obviously, they don't have very high standards. The manager Maddie was off that day and I asked if they could get her to phone me. Thankfully she was able to transfer us to Abajaz Motel and apologised about the state of Albert Park Motel saying she had problems getting staff in the area. Maddie was a delight to talk to and transported us to Abajaz Motel and made sure everything was OK. Abajaz Motel had no lights on during the night and needs some TLC as well.

The room was quite spacious. Undercover parking was excellent.

Location to tourist destinations was good.

Grounds were certainly not as pictured on booking.com! Tired, shabby and in need of some TLC. Pool is undergoing renovation and unavailable for use. The room was in need of a thorough clean with multiple spiders in corners etc. The icebox in the fridge was so full of ice we were unable to use it. Rooms are not serviced daily unless you track down the cleaner. None of this information was communicated to us.
