Some maintenance issues that need to be addressed.

Water

Water in room did not work properly. No hot water, then later, no water at all.

Units for rent were not what was shown on the website. Dog run was completely inadaquate Had to take dog out to a nearby park for him to do his duty. Noisy location due to proximity to a busy main street

Clean

TV was broken.

The location was convenient only because we were attending a wedding about a mile away. Otherwise, it's too far from Portland proper to be really convenient to that area.

The bed (king-sized) was terrible. Neither of us slept. My partner can fall asleep just about anywhere, but he was tossing and turning. For the second night we asked to move to a room with two beds, hoping that if we each had our own bed, the bed wouldn't bow so much in the middle (we're relatively small people, too). We both slept better the second night. We ended up cancelling the third day and leaving early for a different hotel. Both rooms we stayed in smelled like urine, strongly, once the cleaning chemical smell wore off. Would not recommend unless you're desperate. Staff did not make up for the awful accommodations with kindness or friendliness, either. I can say that thee was no sign of bed bugs, so at least there's that.
