Great facilities , comfortable space , roomy , and a pretty good location to cairns central & esplanade Tha staff are very friendly and welcoming

If I had to be picky maybe the colour , but that’s purely a matter of personal taste

Ease of getting to places. Underground parking, even if it was a rental car. Helpfulness of Heinrich and Liying( mix up in booking ground floor unit). Couldn't have been more helpful in trying to resolve the issue.

A few more tea, coffee, dishwasher sachets for a 3 day stay.
