"Lovely hotel can recommend ."

Red Hall gets five stars from me all the way. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. Our room was immaculate, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom spacious. We had a late snack in the restaurant and the food we had was excellent. I need to mention Carla on reception who sorted out my twin bed issue and Jeanie too. The young lady in the restaurant was very friendly and attentive but I don't know her name. All in all a great experience.

Comfy beds Octopus starter was delicious

Disappointed with thd breakfast only apples as fresh fruit .. Said selection of cheese which was basically phil pots and cheddar in packs Asked for runny boiled egg was semi hard. Not a loved breakfast buffet

Friendly staff and good choice of food options.

Lots of road noise due to location. Also noisy when taps and shower being used - could hear the room next door very clearly.

"The hotel is just okay nothing special but what did stand out was how friendly and accommodating the staff were."

Great location for us attending a nearby wedding. Staff were lovely and very accommodating.

No air con in a heat wave! Safe didn’t work in the room (was a known issue) Carpet needed a good clean. Breakfast was just okay.
