Nem volt elég udvarias a személyzet, köszönni sem igazán tudtak. 8:45-kor mentünk le reggelizni és már alig volt valami. Sajnos nem is pótolták. Aki 9-kor jött le reggelizni, annak már csak müzli jutott. 2 éve voltunk legutóbb, azóta az ételek minősége sokat romlott. Ár-érték arányban aránytalanul drága szálloda.

Csodálatos helyen van a hotel! Köszönjük a személyzet kedvességét, segítőkészségét! Félpanziós ellátást választottunk, amit nagyon jól tettünk! Az ételek ízletesek, megfelelő választékkal, gyerekeknek is. Ráadásul problémásak is voltunk, glutén és laktózmentes étkezést is kértünk egy főnek. Az étteremnek ez sem okozott gondot! Lehet, hogy nem a legmodernebb szálloda, de minden más kárpótol ezért!!! Tisztaság tökéletes, wellness részleg kellemes. Nagyon jó, hogy ingyenes a parkoló, ingyenes libegőzési lehetőség és az ajándék Aquapark belépőt is ki tudtuk használni. Ennyi plusz szolgáltatás kevés helyen van! Még biztosan visszatérünk! Köszönet mindenért, csodálatos 3 napot töltöttünk nálatok! :)
