"Perfect for our needs"

From start to finish we really enjoyed our stay. Place is spotless and very very quiet. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Rooms were immaculate and a decent size. Lounge and bar area comfortable with board games for kids. Well stocked bar and the cocktails were lovely! Thank you Andy and Jo for a lovely stay. We will be back thats for sure!

"Just Perfect!!"

Super friendly and welcoming owners!! The room was spotlessly clean everything we needed, we all had a fantastic nights sleep and the breakfast was fabulous. I was away for my birthday and Jo had decorated our breakfast table for me and left a gift of homemade fudge. The only place I would now stay when visiting Blackpool ♥️

Everything was perfect. I could only give a 10 out of 10 rating or would have given a 15 out of 10. Everything about the stay was perfect. The food was amazing, bed comfy, I had never seen so plug sockets in one room, which was brilliant. The whole place was spotless and immaculate. The couple who own it are lovely people and couldn't do enough for you

Had a great stay with my son, Andy and Jo were fab hosts and made us welcome. The breakfast was delicious 😋

Nothing, was lovely decorated, clean, close enough to walk to PB and south pier.
