Rossall Guest House -Ideal For Families & Couples

Very welcoming, we were offered an earlier check-in which was greatly appreciated. We reserved secure parking at the rear of the premises, well worth it at £3 per night. There is on street parking when you can get a space. Andy and Jo were a very friendly couple, breakfast great as well. Would recommend to other families and couples.

The room was immaculately clean. The breakfast was lovely and the service from Andy and Jo surpassed our expectations from start to finish. They offered a real personable experience and made us feel incredibly welcome.

Jo and Andy were so lovely and friendly, and clearly work really hard to make sure all their guests are happy. From helping us with our bags and guiding us to our parking space, to giving advice on where to eat and providing too notch service at breakfast. And this was all done with a smile, despite clearly being very busy. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room nicely furnished, warm and spotlessly clean, and the surrounding area felt safe. We had a nice view of the tower and it was quiet at night. We were very near the seafront, about 10 minutes walk from the Sandcastle, Pleasure Beach and North Pier and there was a tram stop a couple of minutes down the road. Faultless. We will definitely return.

What isn't there to like about this great little find 🥰 Spacious rooms that are exceptionally clean. Bonus that it has ample tea/coffee making facilities. Beds are so comfortable, none of this cheap cotton bedding that you usually find in a guest house. Everything about this guest house speaks quality 👌

There is nothing to dislike!

Breakfast was beautiful, the black pudding is delicious! Room service was a nice touch, lovely cocktails 🍸 Bed guard offered for our toddler sleeping in a single bed which was really appreciated! And a nappy bin issued on the day of arrival which was also great. Nothing is too much trouble for the hosts, they are really friendly and helpful! Rooms are immaculate! And modern which isn't super common in Blackpool! Location 5 mins away from the south pier which is ideal. The guest house is family friendly, and we were made to feel welcome 😊 we would definitely recommend!

There was nothing we didn't like about Rossall House, the only thing that we would say is if we were to book again, we would try and book up earlier for the deluxe triple room as opposed to a standard triple room, as that option offers a king size bed. We are both tall so find standard double beds a little uncomfortable. But that is personal preference! We would 100% stay here again if we came back to Blackpool 😊

Everything, lovely, clean and owners very welcoming, Breakfast very good, very attentive to all your needs,drinks at the bar were very reasonably priced and would definitely go back.
