I wish there was a tiny bit more room and maybe some air-conditioning it was very warm but they did provide a fan which did help

we were treated like old friends by the phenomenal hosts, Mark and Charlie. Their hospitality is unmatched; they truly go above and beyond to ensure every single guest has a perfect stay. What Made Our Stay Unforgettable: Immaculate, Cozy Rooms: Our bedroom was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The bed gave us a perfect night's sleep. Little touches like a stocked mini fridge with fresh, real milk and complimentary water made a world of difference. A Breakfast Fit for a King: The legendary full English breakfast is easily the best in Blackpool. It is freshly cooked, plentiful, and served by the wonderful Marvin, whose everlasting smile made our mornings so bright!

Room was slightly on the small side if I was being super critical but it was spotless and there were other nice touches that more than made up for the lack of room

Breakfast included Mini fridge in the room Iron and board in the room Hair dryer in the room Tv was a decent size

The only “issue” was creaking floor so people below us must’ve been annoyed!!!

Room was adequate but very dated and tired . Very clean. Suggest it's ready for a update carpet// blinds/ a lick of paint and a extra power point perhaps .. Hospitality tray brilliant .
